Tire Molds

In 2001, Himile entered the tire mold business. Through six years’ continuous development, Himile has started the tire mold business from single design to multi-categories, different types of tire molds both in steel and Aluminum can be made and supplied, and the monthly output is 300 sets. Tire molds as the major business, they are classifies as,
1. Steel and Al radial tire molds.
2. Incline and conical containers.
3. RAP, R-OTR, TBR, LTR, PCR and MCR tire molds.
4. 2-piece tire molds, segmented tire molds and giant located-on-the –ground degmented molds.

The tire molds are well-known by domestic and foreign companies for longer lifetime, higher precision, higher reparability, and shorter delivery time.
