In Oct. 29th, 2007, a new round of training program started. This round of training will last 3 weeks, with the first topic of “Work for Ourselves” by the well known trainer Li Qiang. By watching the video lecture, trainees have had a better understanding on how they should do a better job in Himile, and get to know “if one does not work hard today, then he or she has to work hard for having a job tomorrow.” The training program will be carried on in turn.
