Curing Machine for Giant OTR Tire

The available specifications of giant OTR tire molds manufactured by Himile are 122 inches 145 inches, 170 inches and 188 inches. The 210 inch mold is under research and designing.

The structure design of the mold is hydraulic split type with horizontal movement, and located-on-the-ground segmented design is adopted. The molds in this design help prolong service life, improve precision and safety during curing.

Wide ranges of tires can be cured in the molds, among which 37.00R57, 40.00R57, 40/90R57 and 50/80R57 can be cured by 188 inch mold, six different types of tires 27.00R49-37.5R51 can be cured by 170 in mold. Reliable hydraulic system of the curing machine enables smooth curing process and high quality of the cured tires.
