About Himile
Headquartered in Shandong Province, Shandong Himile Mechanical Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (HIMILE MECHANICAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD SHANDONG CHINA) was founded in 1995. It is situated between Weifang and Qingdao in Shandong peninsula. |
Himile designs and manufactures tire molds, CNC machines for making molds, Tire Blowout Stabilization System (TBSS) and natural rubber processing equipment. |
In 1997, the first EDM machine for tire mold making in China was developmed and made by Himile, marking China’s tire mold manufacturing industry entered the CNC era. Since then, Himile has developed CNC engraving machines for tire molds, CNC lathes, electrode milling machines and related software, becoming the leader of China’s tire mold industry. |
In 2001, Himile entered the tire mold business. With 6 years’development, the products are multifarious and the monthly capacity is 300 sets.Tire molds as the core business are classified as, |

In 2004, Himile setup Himile (Shanghai) in Shanghai, China to provide tire mold repair services to customers located south of Yangtze River. |
In 2006, Himile has succeeded in developing Tire Blowout Stabilization System (TBSS) which eliminates acute change of driving directions of high speed driving vehicles by the blow out of the front tire, to gain precious time for the drivers for respond in controlling of the driving direction of the vehicles, thus traffic accidents can be avoided. This innovation has settled the difficult problem for the automobile industry for a century. The popularization and application will benefit whole society immensely. |
In 2007, Himile has been certificated by GE (General Electric) of the U.S.A. in machining of mechanic parts and has obtained the code of GE Global Qualified Supplier. |
